A premium textile manufacturer had a problem with visibility into secondary sales and partner management. Their credit check process in their backend SAP ERP was cumbersome and often resulted in cash flow issues as well as inventory pileups.

We provided a solution based on Salesforce CRM, Community Cloud (now Experience Cloud) and integrated the same with their SAP ERP.

  • Have Inventory visibility across the company and their partners in real-time.
  • Smoother and more efficient order processing cycle with the ability to offer an option to select alternate products in case the searched products were unavailable
  • More accurate primary and secondary sales forecasts
  • Increased control on the complete sales and distribution process
