Manager – Business Development
Mumbai(2 nos), Pune(2 nos), Bangalore(2 nos) |
The Candidate should be self-disciplined, result oriented, who intends to exceed sales objectives consistently, would maintain comprehensive products and industry knowledge and employ consultative tactics to discover needs and to sell apt solutions to customers.
You are expected to take responsibility for sales of whole range of servers and storage solutions, including:
- Creating and identifying opportunities
- Following the opportunity through the sales process and closing deals.
- Working closely with pre-sales team for all of the above.
- 2 to 4 years relevant experience in selling servers, large clusters, such as IBM/HP/SUN/ Dell etc, Experience in selling storage solutions is highly desirable.
- Should have a good technical knowledge of high performance computing, storage, applications, trends etc.
- Should be able to articulate with good oral and written skills.
- Should be able to make technical and product presentation to customers.

Executive – Business Development

| Candidates who have passion to grow as solution selling sales person. He/She should have a good communication and convincing ability. Candidates who have prior experience selling servers/desktops/laptops and are looking to move to solution selling. Job profile would involve selling solutions based on virtualisation, storage, networking. Work will involve meeting new customers, identifying gaps/business opportunities and offering appropriate solutions. Excellent training provided and appropriate presales support available. Performance Measurement will purely be based on revenue generation. Candidates who are currently in IT sales/marketing co-ordination and would like to move to solution selling will also be preferred. |

Executive – Sales Backoffice

| A Sales Coordinator is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients, external distributors, representatives and agents. A Sales Coordinator is expected to resolves inquires from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction. The sales coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales-related details before and after the sale. Handling contracts is a key part of the sales process. Skills that a sales coordinator needs include high computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task. Given that the sales coordinator is a liaison between the company and its clients, excellent communication skills are necessary. |

| The primary role involves development of applications based on java and associated technologies. The candidate may be required to place role in all phase of SDLC. Jr. DBA – SQL

The candidate should have -
- Extensive knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems and Service pack installation strategies.
- Experience in Implementation, Administration and Support of MS SQL Server 2005, 2000, 7.0 in Production, Test and Development Environments.
- Expertise in Query Optimization, Performance Monitoring, Security Administration, Trouble Shooting and using DBCC utilities.
- Implemented Log Shipping, Replication Models, OLAP and Linked Servers.
- Should have basic knowledge of Oracle Administration.
- Familiar with Concept of clustering.
- Candidates with certification (MCDBA) will be preferred.

The Candidate should be self-disciplined, result oriented person. Must have strong English communication skills, analytical/logical thinking. Good education background. Should have at least one year of telesales/telemarketing experience. Committed, Ambitious and Friendly. A good listener and comfortable talking to senior people. Good Computer knowledge (Internet, MS Word and MS Excel). Confident and go getter.
The candidate will be required:
- To support the Sales and Marketing function by generating leads thru tele-calling.
- To explain clients about the features and advantages of the product/concept.
- To handle Customer queries (new/existing)
- To collect comprehensive, and relevant information on assigned/identified companies.
- To maintain a well qualified database.
- To run EDM (Electronic Direct Mailers) campaigns on weekly/fortnightly basis.
- Documenting the results of the tele-calling/EDM campaign.
